i stored my bikes in my room because the staff were accommodating. the hotel's cyclist-friendly approach gets a 10/10 from me for this reason. the cafe downstairs offered excellent artisanal coffee so i appreciated that amenity.
the room was noisy because of poor soundproofing and i heard noise from neighboring rooms. this impacted my sleep quality so i hope improvements are made.

i stayed in the superior beautiful room Balcony. The room had a spacious layout, and i appreciate the modern design. The balcony offered an awesome view of the surroundings, though the parking was expensive. It was nice to enjoy the city view from the balcony .
the room was noisy with noise from neighboring rooms and the corridor leading to me having a bad sleep, unfortunately

i found the shower perfect. it was very important to me! the front of house staff were great. they were helpful and efficient.
The room was noisy. Lots of noise came from neighboring rooms. this led to a bad sleep. i also noticed there were no food or drink facilities available beyond the room.

I loved how friendly everyone was, they really went out of their way. the hotel is in a perfect spot. I enjoyed the downstairs cafe access. i also appreciated the quietness, despite the central location.
i did notice the soundproofing between rooms was not great. i could hear the neighbors easily, this was slightly disruptive.
